Social Worker, Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Daniel, a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and social worker with approximately 10 years’ experience supporting individuals across a range of complex life circumstances.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Over the past decade, I have worked with people experiencing challenges related to youth, mental health, addiction, homelessness, domestic and family violence, and a variety of trauma-related concerns. My experience spans a range of settings, allowing me to support clients with compassion, insight, and a strong understanding of the broader systems that impact wellbeing.
My approach to counselling is collaborative, non-judgemental, and tailored to each individual. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic approaches and adapt my work to suit your goals, values, and needs.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult period, healing from past experiences, or seeking greater clarity and self-understanding, I aim to provide a supportive space where you can work towards lasting and meaningful change.

Social Worker, Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Emmilia, a qualified social worker, counsellor, and psychotherapist with over 8 years experience supporting individuals across a range of life challenges.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Throughout my career, I have worked in youth services, homelessness, relationship services, serious injury and illness, and private practice, supporting people across diverse settings and experiences. I have a particular interest in working with young people and supporting them to navigate emotional, relational, and life transitions with confidence and care.
At the heart of my work is a strong understanding of the impact culture, identity, and lived experience can have on a person’s wellbeing. I am mindful that each individual’s background, values, and experiences shape how they understand themselves and the world around them. I place strong emphasis on creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person, with a focus on equipping and empowering you with the insight, skills, and confidence to face life’s challenges. I understand that counselling can feel like a big step, and I am committed to taking the time to walk alongside you at your pace.
