Appointment and Fees

• Counselling sessions are 60 minutes in duration
• The fee is $160 per session
• Payment details will be provided at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the full session fee being charged

Online Sessions

Online counselling is offered via secure platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring privacy, a stable internet connection, and an appropriate environment during sessions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and relevant information
• Attend sessions on time
• Engage respectfully in the counselling process
